Short, because there is not much to say.

When you request a free audit we collect your name, a phone number or an email address (whichever you give), your business name or website, what you would like us to look at first and, if you add them, notes. We use them to prepare your audit and to reply to you. Nothing else. If you give a website, we run a quick automated check of it.

Each request is saved in our customer list (Airtable) and sent to us by email. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask. Server logs record that a request happened, never its contents.

The site uses no advertising cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other sites.
